Hello fellow RBYC members, we are a group of high-performance sailors that are lucky enough to call RBYC our home base. We all share a common dream of wanting to go the Olympics whether it be in the Laser (ILCA), 470, IQ Wind foil or Kite foil class. This dream and the international experience required does come with financial challenges, so we are seeking support from our wider community to help us get there.
On that note we would love to invite you all to a fundraiser on the 1st of March that will be held in the member’s bar. We ask that you register for the event.
If you are not a RBYC member but would like to be involved in this evening you are welcome to purchase a ticket for $10 via the below link. This provides you with access to the evening as well as drink from the members bar (conditions apply).
You will enjoy listening to a guest speaker and a panel discussion with all the athletes about their individual journeys, so please come along if you would like to learn more about our campaigns or about the new classes such as the Wind foil and Kite foil which are making their Olympic debut in 2024. To assist our fundraising we will also have some raffle prizes and some silent auction items up for grabs, so it’s looking like it’ll be a great night for all!
If you would like to support these sailors then you can make a Tax deductible donation using the below button
If you would like to donate items for the raffle or auction please reach out to Anna at [email protected]
Below, I have included little introductions to all the sailors who will be involved in the night, if you see us in the boat park feel free to come up and have a chat and we hope to meet all of you on the 1st of March in the Members Bar!
