Opening Day Excitement Builds
Sailing can be colourful in so many ways – spinnakers, team shirts, nautical flags, boat or crew costumes, the personalities of sailors.
Use your imagination to interpret this year’s theme. No excuses – the props are already available at home, on your boat or in your friendships. All welcome – whether you are a sailor or not.
Opening Day is a long-standing tradition, with a morning ceremony followed by a “Sail Past” and a social get together afterwards.
