Foil labs are coming to RBYC
RBYC is excited to be one of the first clubs on the bay to welcome the introduction of Foil Labs to their registered training courses. Foil labs are a one-day introduction to the art of foiling. Designed for 14–23-year-olds, Foil labs provide a great opportunity for sailors at an intermediate level or higher to get a taste of what foiling is like, providing a great starting point for your foiling journey, or just a great day of fun! So don’t be alarmed if you see our rhibs towing people on boards as this is all part of the traibing Registrations are available here:

OTB racing well underway
Off the beach racing for the 2022-23 season is well and truly underway! Last Sunday kicked off with 25 boats crossing the start in their respective divisions, a number we are excited to see remain consistent throughout the season. A reminder there will be no racing on Sunday the 30th as we take a break for the long weekend.
Thursday sprint racing has also started up again for the season, with informal coach run races. 3-minute start sequence, 2 lap windward leeward course. First start at 6pm and finishing up around 7:30pm, making the most of the glamourous sunsets we are starting to see. All classes are welcome.
