Owing to the vagaries of COVID, we have had to make a last minute change to our Guest Speaker for this Friday’s Forum Dinner in the Bayview Room. For our June Dinner, our Guest Speakers will now be Doug and Sandra Williams, who, since 2010, have extensively cruised the South West Pacific in their yacht Freycinet II. In this time, they have spent each cruising season in the Pacific Islands, with a return to New Zealand for each cyclone season.
A large part of their time in the Islands has been spent helping local communities with donated goods and then working with Lions International on health related projects.
As usual, after gathering in the Members Bar for the weekly announcements and members’ draw at 7:00pm, please join us in the Bayview Room for the dinner and talk to hear about cruising in warmer climes
