We are nearing the end of the 24 home/away rounds of season 2025.
This week’s final round will feature 10 games instead of 9, including the make-up game between Gold Coast-Essendon, which was postponed from early in the season. Since the Suns versus Bombers won’t be played until next Wednesday, 27th August, we won’t know the outcome of our tipping competition until that game is completed—best wishes to those of you who are still in the hunt for a podium finish.
Please place your tips for all ten games. There is still a dining credit at the club to be won this week.
Our first three overall tipsters for Season 2025 will win a $100.00 dining credit, $40.00 credit, and $20.00 credit, respectively. Thank you to the RBYC for making these prizes available again this year.
NFL Tipping
I run an NFL (American gridiron) tipping competition, also using the ESPN site. Tipping operates the same as with AFL, but involves more games. If you’re interested in joining my competition, please respond by email, and I’ll send you the details. There is a modest charge of $20.00 to participate, weekly and end-of-season prizes are awarded, and I provide a weekly results email to tipsters, as I do with AFL. The NFL season starts in early September.
