As part of our 150th anniversary celebrations we’d like to celebrate with a photo to show how we’ve changed, and are looking for volunteers to be part of it.
Below is a photo showing 78 members in 1912.
We’d like to replicate this photo with some of our current members. So, we are looking for 78 volunteers to pose on the back steps of the club, assuming the positions shown in the photo. We’d like to pose for this photo on the back steps of the club at 8:00 am on Saturday 26 April (before the Cerberus race). We are looking for a variety of members of all ages including sailing members, aquatic members, gym members and social members.
You will wear your usual clothes and this isn’t going to be too precise – it’s just a way to show how things have changed since then. We’ll assign you a number and that will show more or less where you will be in the photo (except we’ll make sure no one is hidden, unlike the original photo).
