Boat Description Columbia 27ft Sloop.
Origin of boat name
The Blue Riband is an unofficial accolade given to the passenger liner crossing the Atlantic Ocean in regular service with the record highest average speed. The term was borrowed from horse racing and was not widely used until after 1910.
Although this Columbia 27 is no Blue Riband the name does suit her (in my opinion).
Boat History
Previous owner / skipper was Terry Hill (previous member of RBYC).
The boat was restored by Phil Russel from Robstan to a high standard in early 2023.
I became the owner in August 2023.

Family, and friends fun. Over time work up to some cruising trips in Victoria. Possibly around to Wilson Promontory.
