This Thursday the 3rd of April will be the official launch at the club of our two 150th anniversary wines. Paul and Mara Georgiardis from Paulmara Estate in the Barossa will be in attendance and will walk us through the process of creating the 150th club Shiraz and club Chardonnay. We will not only be tasting the 150th wines, we will also be tasting six other wines from Paul’s vineyard. All quite different in taste, style and price point. Paul has generously offered a 20% discount on any of his wines purchased on the night. The club will be offering a flat $20 discount per person on any 150th wine order on the night.
Having seen Paul’s CV, I can see why he is considered a legend of the Barossa wine industry. He has been in the business since the 1970’s and has held various senior roles with Penfolds and other iconic wine labels. He has a reputation for his passion and enthusiasm for his craft and I am sure it will be an informative and enjoyable night.
