The Royal Brighton Yacht Club is hiring!

We need Cooks, Chefs and Kitchen hands.

Executive Chef, Geoff Lindsay, along with his business partners Paul Dimattina and Marco Di Pietrantoni will be assisting to relaunch the hospitality department of RBYC.

Staff at all levels in the kitchen are required for The Royal Brighton Yacht Club, from kitchen hands, apprentices embarking on their career to casual chefs, to full-time industry professionals.

The club operates breakfast, lunch and dinner, has a strong membership base and welcomes casual visitors. Directly on the beach, it is a busy and exciting place to work.

The Yachting season is just opening, and we expect a bumper summer! We would love to welcome you aboard.

Lions, Dockers & a Little Kylie Magic
The Members Bar was at full capacity last Friday night as AFL Grand Final fever swept through RBYC, with happy hour flowing and complimentary meat pies disappearing fast, setting the scene for the big weekend. Two fantastic door prizes added to the excitement: a huge meat tray generously provided by our new catering managers Marco and Paul, plus an AFL Sherrin signed by RBYC’s own AFL heroes Paul Dimattina and Brownlow Medallist Gerard Healy. Pat Proper came away the big winner, taking home the prized Sherrin, while the meat tray kept plenty of members crossing their fingers. Saturday brought Kylie Minogue and the Grand Final action to the Members Bar on the big screen, providing a welcome escape from the weather outside and rounding out a brilliant weekend of footy at RBYC!
Brighten Up the Bay
