New Race Management RHIB arrives
|
A replacement RHIB for RB9 has recently been purchased. It is a 7.6m HIGHFIELD which will be a welcome addition and replacement of RB9. With it's offset console and large working area it will be a great asset to both club racing and regattas. RB9 will stay in the fleet until early next year as a extra option.

Philip Cripsey is again representing AUS and RBYC at the IQ Foil Youth & Junior Championships.
|
Held on Garda Lake Italy this is the second time for Philip at this event and he will be one of over 400 competitors. We wish him all the best.

Solstice Swim review-Flames,bagpipes and smiles
On Thursday 22nd the Aquatic members held the annual Winter Solstice swim. It was a great night with over 60 swimmers taking the plunge. The club then put on a curry in the members bar for just on 100 dinners. It was a very successful night and you can check out some of what went on with the below youtube video

Backstory Coxinha is a very popular Brazilian street food. Victor's grandmother used to cook this dish for him every week when he was young, perfecting the recipe over the years. Now Victor continues to replicate this delicious recipe in her memory.

On the field: the most exciting game this round took place at the MCG on Sunday afternoon between Collingwood and Adelaide. The game saw 5 lead changes and huge momentum swings. The Magpies saw a 27-point halftime lead quickly disappear in the third term as the Crows kicked 7 unanswered goals.
