Keel Boat News

In case you didn’t get a chance to keep up with all the racing over Christmas…
  • Check out the ORCV Facebook page and results page for the Westcoaster. Well done to Jaffa in the Westcoaster and congratulations to Ginan for winning the Sovereign Series.
  • Both Ocean races were very tough this year. See the Sydney Hobart Facebook page for some great stories and videos. Well done to Rush and while it was disappointing for Cyan Moon that they couldn’t finish, we were very pleased when they made it safely into port.
  • Many RBYC boats enjoyed the Cock of the Bay, with some moving on to the Petersville regatta. Congratulations to Jahmu for great Cock of the Bay Results (2nd in AMS and PHS and 3rd in ORC) and for winning the Petersville on both AMS and ORC.
A large number of boats are looking forward to the Festival of Sails in Geelong

The VXOne Nationals start next Monday at RBYC – we look forward to seeing over 20 boats on the racecourse. This will be followed by the 2.4 Nationals over the long weekend.

Thinking further ahead, the website is up for the Etchells 2025 Worlds at RBYC.
