News from Helsinki
No that isn’t a spaceship, it’s club members Mark Seagar, Peter Coleman and Brian Pattinson behind the bar in Helsinki, pouring beers (Warning: Don’t try this at home). They must have been celebrating Pete’s Yachtsperson of the year award. Mark and Peter are on their way to 2.4 National and Worlds regattas in Finland, a fairly major journey with several detours. They caught up with Brian who just happened to be passing by.

This week, Alina has put her hand up to make “Khasi ko Maasu” Nepalese Goat Curry w Rice.
This Nepalese dish is popular in South Asia, the Caribbean and many countries in Western Africa. Goat curry typically is served with rice, a side of lentils and vegetables. Most Nepali households where goat curry is served prefer to use meat that has bones in it, because the bones lend a distinct flavor.
