RBYC Season 2023-2024 Entry Now Open
|
You can now enter the RBYC 23-24 racing season. Please remember only enter a series if you believe you will be sailing in at least 60% of the dates. You can always enter later if things change. Things to note: The Victoria Championships (Range Series) will have a separate entry provided closer to the time. Please check carefully what division you put yourself in when applicable. We suggest having the calendar open when doing your entries.

A change to the calendar: There will not be any center course racing on Saturday 30th September. Tower racing will go ahead as planned. The club will be open its usual hours.
|
|
|
This is one of RBYC major events of the season. Entry is now open. This event requires the help from volunteers, if you think you might be able to help please register using the below link.

Race Management Volunteer Information Session 21st September 6.30 pm
|
|
|
We are inviting all members to join the Race Management Volunteers information session. The evening will discuss the upcoming season and what we have planned. It is also a great way to find out more about the group and how to get involved. Meet current Race Management Volunteers and see the different roles we have. Remember you don't need any prior experience as full training will be provided.

Club members Graeme Cooper and Jan Talako travelled to Greece to take part in the J24 Worlds hosted by the Nautical Club of Thessaloniki (NCTh). Graeme crewed on Jab while Jan crewed on Bruschetta VI, Here is a link to the regatta page. We look forward to their stories when they get home!

Any one design boat (VX One, Etchells, Dragons & 2.4) If you decide to leave the race course before the end of racing you MUST notify the start boat either via VHF radio or verbally as a sail past. This is a safety issue and must be complied with.
