Lou Irving is a long term RBYC sailor, a senior medico and a supporter of Sailing Lifts Your Spirits. Please come and listen to him talk about the pressures that our healthcare heroes are under every day, some days worse than others and why he thinks that sailing lifts their spirits and helps keep them healthy and productive at work.

Co founder of our charity Gordon Buchan has sailed competitively with Lou as part of the Hartbreaker racing team for many years and they have all shared many experiences where sailing really lifted all of their spirits!!
Please come and show your support for the sailing charity based right here at RBYC
